Siop Siarad Discuss the #joia Campaign

We had a lot of fun discussing Mentrau Iaith Cymru’s latest campaign in the Siop Siarad on the 10th of July. In a nutshell, #joia is campaign to get more people, old and young to use more Welsh as part of their daily lives.

The group discussed what they enjoyed doing through the medium of Welsh. We also asked them to describe the Siop Siarad in one Welsh word. So, here are the pictures from the session and our contribution towards the campaign!

The Siop Siarad is held at Siop yr Hen Bont, Bridgend every Thursday. It offers learners the opportunity to ask questions and practice talking Welsh outside of the class.

Group 1: 12:45pm – 1:30pm. Practicing Mynediad and Sylfaen language patterns

Group 2: 1:30pm – 2:15pm. Starting to hold Welsh conversations

Group 3: 2:15pm – 3:00pm. For those who can hold a Welsh conversation
